You'll learn to relax the mind, reduce stress, feel the connection of your body, while increasing vitality, strength, flexibility.

👉🏽Time: 6:30pm medicated weeosas and sister circle to start.

Followed by meditation, gentle yoga flow, and Yoga Nidra!

👉🏽Attire: Go topless, Go Bottomless, Get Naked, wear that fire lingerie you have been waiting to wear, keep your robe on.
