Drop into a community rest installation curated by Vallie Girl Yoga; blending restorative yoga, poetically driven meditation, creative practices, and ancestral foodways.

Creative supplies will be provided, however, practitioners should bring any and all props to prepare for supreme comfort. Some suggestions include:

  • yoga mat
  • journal
  • writing utensils
  • 2 pillows
  • 2 blankets
  • eye covering
