About the Event
This is a WOMENS only class. No cameras. No men. Just a group of women making the choice of liberating ourselves in our most natural state with asana and breath work.

The class is 2 hours long. We’ll open with a medicated tea, and sister circle discussion around nudity.

We’ll then move into a breath work and meditation practiced followed by 12-15 asana postures before closing with a Yoga Nidra.
