Journey to your Inner Child

The style of class is a mixture between Vinyasa and Yin, for all levels to enjoy!

Vinyasa involves contuiance movement(usually 1 breath, 1 movement while Yin is going to focus on the connective tissue such as the fascia system. Pairing the two allows for contuiance energy flow while releasing tight tense area’s in the body!

On Fridays we ignite the flame and turn up the heat. Giving you all the benefits of a yoga flow, while also detoxing and purifying the mind and body as we move through a heated sequence.

Hands on adjustments and Thai massage are incorporated throughout the flow to each student in different postures. (with consent)
