Restorative/Yin Yoga into Nidra !

The style of class is a mixture between Restorative and Yin, for all levels to enjoy! 

Restorative yoga is a practice in which postures are held for a longer period of time (usually 5-7minutes), while being supported by props to make the postures more accessible for longer periods of time. Yin is going to focus on the connective tissue such as the fascia system.  Pairing the two allows for continuance of energy flow while releasing tight tense areas in the body!  

Please bring your own Mat & Water. 

Mats are available for rent if you forget your mat at home.
