A wellness event offers a unique blend of relaxation and education. You learn to understand healthy living better while you live a satisfying healthy lifestyle for the time of the retreat. You have a chance to learn, with classes in healthy topics like meditation, yoga, reiki, and sound healing.

11am - Arrival

11:11am - Meditation/Sound Helaing

12:30pm - Jornaling, Nourshiment, and a moment of reflection

1:30pm - Yoga

2-30pm(ish) - Reiki Reset

3:30pm closing, affirmations, and final offerings

4pm-5:30pm - Intutive Readings

*Sound Healing is designed to calm the nervous systmen, find balance in the chakra system, while relaxing the body. 

*Reiki is a japanses healing that involves placing the hands over certain parts of the body to move around stagnat energy. Shamanic Reiki will call in the elements of all directs and elements of the earth to bring even more balance to the body while transferring energy throught he hands.
