Yoga Brunch !

This higher yoga experience pairs a intuitive slow flow for all yogi levels with smooth R&B. Expect to free your mind, find your rhythm, and connect with like-minded individuals. This yoga class is intended for every BODY, and is taught to the beginner. The class will open, and close with  meditation. We will also work on opening the hips in a gentle yoga flow before closing our class with a Yoga Nidra. Read more below about each component of the class.

Gentle Yoga classes are a great place to take it slower, and still, experience all the benefits of yoga. Classes focus on releasing the tension, connecting with the breath, and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga uses classical Hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students.

Yoga Nidra translates to Yogic Sleep, allowing for deeply profound relaxation. It is practiced in savasana, lying on the back, and can be 30 – 40 minutes long. A Yoga Nidra class will begin with minimal, gentle movements seated or reclined, to help release any stiffness before becoming still.

What to expect:

🎷As you enter the space prepare to be serenaded by the smooth sounds of Walter on the saxophone + a non alcoholic mimosas bar!

🧘🏽‍♀️Followed by a deep meditation and grounding yoga practice, and finally closing with 7 minutes of breath-work.

🥞 Brunch to be served to you at your mat, additional seating will be available in the lounge.
